Extract Emails
Find email addresses in pasted text, remove duplicates, inspect domains, sort results, and copy a clean email list.
Frequently asked questions
Does this Extract Emails tool upload my text?
No. The extraction happens in your browser, so the text does not need to be sent to a server for this tool to work.
Can it remove duplicate emails?
Yes. Use Unique only to keep one copy of each email address after cleanup.
Can it show domains?
Yes. The Domains view groups extracted email addresses by the part after @ and shows how many times each domain appears.
Does it change uppercase emails?
Lower domains is on by default, so the domain part becomes lowercase. The local name before @ is left as typed.
Can it sort the result?
Yes. Turn on Sort results when you want emails or domains arranged alphabetically.
Does it crawl websites for emails?
No. This tool extracts email addresses from text you paste. Website crawling and scraping would be a different, heavier tool.
Can I copy only the unique list?
Yes. Choose Unique only, then Copy. The Copy button always copies the active result view.
Will it validate whether an email inbox exists?
No. It finds email-shaped text. Verifying whether an inbox exists would require a separate validation tool and different rules.
